Tasks you will face:

• Provides the first line of technical support for IT service users across the entire portfolio of IT services. Is a single point of contact.
• Accepts, registers, determines applications, solves problems reported by users through user consultations or personally solves problems directly.
• Actively interacts with other employees of the IT department to provide technical support to users and solve current tasks of the department IT.
400">Performs the administration of user accounts and access rights to information systems, based on the prescribed application forms prepared and agreed by the user.

Wishes for candidates:

• Education - higher (information technology, computer systems).
• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
• A certificate of completion of specialized courses is an additional advantage.
• Special knowledge and skills:                                                                                  
networks.
• Technical and operational characteristics, principles of setting up and technical operation of user equipment, including but not limited to standard PCs, laptops, printing equipment.
• Owning a PC at the level of an experienced user.
