What should be done?

• Register and fulfill requests from office workers;
• Install and configure worker software stations;
• Maintain accounts of network and domain users, desktop programs;
• Analyze technical malfunctions and their elimination, identify problems and make decisions on their resolution;
• Monitor applications until they are closed or transfer to the project support engineer, if it requires deeper analysis and additional consultations, cooperates with other IT departments;
• Perform installation and configuration of workstation hardware and peripheral devices, as well as their maintenance: inspection, repair, replacement.

What do we expect?

• Experience with ServiceDesk systems (incident processing);

• Experience in MS Windows 10 (11) administration

  MS Office 365, MS Azure

  Windows security & Active Directory;

• Knowledge of the basics of networks (switching , routing)

• Basic administration of Linux-like systems;  

• Workstation equipment setup skills

• Peripheral configuration skills;

• Proficiency in automation tools - PowerShell.
