Required knowledge and skills:

• Understanding the principles of PC work and remedy equipment, ability to diagnose and eliminate malfunctions;
• Understanding the principles of exchange/imap postal services;
• adjusting the client part of postal services Outlook, Mozilla; /
• Knowledge and understanding of the principles of operation of network services: Active Directory, DNS, SMTP/POP, NTP, FTP, DHCP, Terminal Service, File Service, Corporate Antivirus Symantec, Eset;
• Ability to Set up Mobile Devices based

  Functional responsibilities:

  • Installation and setup of scrap;
  • Installation and setting up Windows HR, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 10;
  • Provision of Software: MS Office , MS Share Point, Adobe, Corel Draw, Lingvo, WinRAR (7zip), Proling Office, etc.
  • Debut and support of network services; Debugging and support of network services (DNS, DHCP, E-mail, Jitsi, Terminal Services);
  • Debut and maintenance of active network equipment (routers, switches, access points, internet screens, DSL modems, Wi-Fi points Access);
  • Inventory and Computer Accounting Equipment.
