Requirements:

• Similar position from 1 year;
• Deep understanding of PC hardware, Windows operating system, Windows infrastructure services (AD, DNS, DHCP, Terminal Services);
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting in operation of operating systems, office software, network connections.

Tasks:

• Setting up and preparing computer equipment for users;
• Technical support of network equipment and office equipment;
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical problems related to hardware, software and network connections.
