Customer Support Manager in Frozeneon

We are looking for Customer Support for the CS:GO/Dota skins marketplace!

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients through correspondence< /li>
• Interaction with the product team
• Working with the functionality of the admin panel on the site
• Processing and searching for user payments, monitoring payment status
• Working with tables : maintaining tables with payment information of users
• Monitoring and analysis of Fraud Activity
• Solving user problems directly related to searching and working in the database
• Working with large volumes of information (regular and detailed review of information published in work chats and channels)

Requirements:

• Upper intermediate English and above
• Gaming experience, especially experience and understanding trends - Counter-Strike
• Desire to learn and develop
• Quick assimilation of new information in large quantities

• Experience working in a professional team of like-minded people who are always ready to share their knowledge and skills; li>
