We invite you to cooperateTechnical Support Engineer

Functional duties:

• provide technical support for users;< /li>
• install and configure computer equipment;
• carry out basic repairs of computer equipment if necessary;
• identify equipment that needs modernization;
• work with a low-current network (clamping lan cables and working with patch panels/low-current sockets).

It will be easy for you to develop with us if you:< /p>

• confident user of Windows OS (have basic knowledge of Windows Server);
• know PC hardware;
• able to diagnose malfunctions of hardware and software;< /li>
• know the working principles of network protocols, the principles of building computer networks;
• have the skills of installing SCS (structured cable system);
• have the skills of technical support for users.< /li>
• are able to work in multitasking mode and strive to improve your professional level
