Culinara is the first Ukrainian culinary application that combines the art of cooking food with a philosophy of conscious life. Our app helps users prepare delicious meals, explore the culinary traditions of different cultures, and enjoy the process of cooking. We are looking for a new team member for our Customer Service department to help us provide the best experience for our users.
Main Responsibilities:
• Providing high-quality and timely user support through all available channels: online chat, email, phone or other communication channels.
< /span>• Solution technical issues related to the use of the application and providing advice on the functionality of the application.
• Registration, processing and resolution of user requests.
• Escalation of complex or unresolved issues to relevant specialists.
• Providing assistance in testing and eliminating errors related to the operation of the application.
• Collaboration with other company departments to improve user experience and resolve conflict situations.< /p>
• Documentation of user appeals and decisions.
Main criteria:
1. Technical support experience - preferably, but not necessarily.
2. Ability to communicate with users - understanding how to effectively solve problems and conflict situations.
3. Response speed - the ability to quickly find solutions for users and promptly respond to requests.
4. Basic technical knowledge - ability to work with mobile applications, preferably an understanding of the testing and error correction process.
5. Knowledge of the Ukrainian language - for effective communication with Ukrainian users.
