In connection with development, we are opening the position of "Technical Support Engineer":

Functional responsibilities:

• Provide support, advise company employees< /strong>on issues related to computer equipment and software
• Provide support for IT equipment, peripherals , communication channels and software
• Work in the application system (receiving, routing applications from users, solving problems)

Requirements:

• Technical higher education (or student with ability to work full time)
• Experience with technical user support from half a year or more;
• Experience and knowledge of installation and support of Windows OS, MS Office and standard software;
• Basic network knowledge (including experience of physical installation), TCP/IR protocol, telephony;
• Knowledge of hardware part of PC, setting up printers and other office peripheral equipment;
• Desire to work in a team of professionals; 
• Communicativeness, ability to clearly communicate an opinion, stress resistance, perseverance and patience, attention to details, systematic approach, responsibility.
