About the client

We are a Dutch family business consisting of 2 projects. One is on a mission to sell timepieces that enrich people’s lives. The second one concentrates on creating comfortable and customizable Sleep- & Loungewear with collections that are loved by women and their loved ones all over the world. Requirements

• You have a hands-on mentality
• You have a customer-oriented attitude
• You are flexible and eager to learn
• You have a College Education
• You have knowledge of spoken and written English
• Experience in a similar position is a plus

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for handling customer service requests outside The Netherlands
• You identify consumer problems and provide a suitable solution
• You are flexible and a consumer-friendly individual, as you are responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience
• You will handle the order administration
