Technical support consultant in Innovation Technologies

The Innovation Technologies company invites a technical support consultant to its team.

Main duties:

• Reception of user inquiries by phone / in viber, telegram chats;
• Fixing customer problems in CRM in the form of tasks, monitoring their execution;
• Creating technical tasks for the programmer;
• Testing new, and already existing functionality of the program;
• Maintenance of documentation on the program in an up-to-date state;

Necessary skills:

• experience in working with 1C, regular and managed forms;
• experience as a support line consultant from 1 year;
• experience in manual software testing for at least 6 months;
• li>confident computer user, MS Windows, Office;

Will be a plus:

• experience in the position of project manager , business analytics.
• knowledge of any programming language at the initial level;
• availability of technical education, ideally IT;

Working hours:

Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 18:00 in the office. (perhaps remotely)
