Technical support administrator in Skarbnicya

Skarbnytsia Group of Companies invites a technical administrator to its team support of pawnshop branches. We are a large company with a history of more than 30 years, with more than 2,000 employees. We are constantly improving and expanding the network pawn shops.

Weare looking for you if you have the following skills:

- Knowledge of OS Windows at the level of configuration and support;

- Understanding the construction and configuration of the WAN\LAN network;      

- administration and configuration of PC hardware and peripherals;

- Knowledge of 1C (BAF) at the level of user support, understanding of the basic principles of the program;

- Ability diagnose and solve typical problems that arise when working with 1C (settings, accesses, reports, etc.).

Functional duties:

- Settings and Windows OS administration;

- Diagnostics and troubleshooting of PC hardware and peripherals; 

- Setup and network administration; equipment (routers, switches, access points);

- Setup and support of 1C (BAF);

- Reception and execution of requests among corporate users;

 Personal qualities and communication skills:

- Sociability and customer orientation:

- Communication skills with service providers (Internet providers and others);

- Education and work experience;

- Preferred technical education in the field of IT or related areas;

- Work experience in a similar position from 1 year.
