CrocoBlock has been creating a universal product and service for 5 years, providing the necessary tools to create websites using the Elementor and Gutenberg editors.
CrocoPeople are on a mission to wow WordPress developers with their products and services, including super cool advanced plugins, high quality customer service, creative branding and marketing.

Support Operators are tech-savvy professionals who love helping customers and supporting their colleagues.
When the project was founded in 2018, the technical support team started with 1 person, and today there are more than 20 of them. As the number of customers increases every month, it is very important for us to keep them satisfied from the purchased products and services, in the near future the goal is to further increase and strengthen the support team, to improve the quality of support as much as possible, to bring it to a new efficient level, to revolutionize the approach to support and to become the best technical support in the world.

A few details about what our tech support does.
Support operatorsprovide support for customers from all over the world through chats, tickets, e-mails and zoom-calls.
If you want to constantly practice your English and any other foreign language, in support you will have the opportunity to communicate with people from all over the world, you will be able to learn to understand different pronunciations, dialects, accents.< br style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400"/>CrocoBlock clients are mainly developers who use our plugins, and in the process of our quality training you will learn to communicate with them in the same technical language.

If you want to be part of the Support team, it is important for us:

• knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level
• understanding of the basics of communication with the client and within the team
• ability to search and find information from various sources
• the ability to focus on several tasks and quickly turn on without looking at distractions;
• experience working with clients

• experience of working with wordpress (or other cms system, site designers);
• experience of quality improvement, agent training
• experience of working with support systems (chat agents, ticket systems, crm)

• reporting and transmission of bugs;
• customization on request troubleshooting and fixing problems on the client's website;
• communication with clients in chats or tickets constant professional development and level of technical knowledge;
• ability to write technical documentation (on request);
• Zoom calls with clients (on request).
