Mandatory experience:
- Configuration, administration and integration of Zoho CRM and IP telephony (eg Ringostat).
- Integration of other tools such as likeGoogle Workspace, WhatsApp API, Asana.
- Technical support of a remote team (PC, laptops).
- Skills in data analysis and construction of technical documentation > (instructions, recommendations, reports).
Will be an advantage:
- Using AI-solutions > to optimize processes (for example, chatbots/agents/assistants).
- Experience with sales or marketing process automation.
- Skills in analysis and data quality assurance through dashboards .
- Participation in the development of technical standards and procedures for the team.
