We are looking for a proactive recruiter who knows how to look into the essence of the vacancy, understand its main challenges, speaks the same language with the Hiring manager even if he is not articulate, analyzes the market of candidates and competitors, builds a search strategy for his tasks and is satisfied with the work process and its results.
Basic requirements:
- At least 2 years as a recruiter in a technology/manufacturing company (recruiting agency would be an advantage).
- Experience with the full cycle of recruiting: communication with the Hiring manager regarding application details, candidate portrait formation, sourcing, conducting recruiting interviews, candidate processing at all stages, feedback.
- Experience of working with various technical vacancies - you understand what Software and Hardware are and know the peculiarities of the search and the channels that "work".
- High communication skills skills.
- Fluency in Ukrainian, English at B1 level.
