Video Editor & Motion Designer in Sinhronik, TOV

We we are actively developing and our team is looking for a talented Video Editor & Motion Designer  ready to join us.

A full office is expected employment.


What is important to us:

• Experience of working with advertising creatives for Facebook (UGC, motion, static formats);
• Knowledge of the features of FB Ads: hook in the first 3 seconds, attention retention, working with mute video;
• Proficiency in tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop (or similar);
• Ability to work with UGC content: cutting, editing, dynamic inserts, subtitles, accents;
• Skills in motion design: animation of text, icons, game elements (slots, free spins, bonuses);
• Experience in adapting creatives to different formats: 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9;
• Skills for working with the sound system: selection of music, effects, synchronization with animation;
• Ability to make static banners (FB posts, covers, previews);
• Creative thinking, ability to generate new ideas for of tests;
• Experience in quickly creating A/B variations for split tests (replacing CTA, colors, texts).
  
  Responsibilities:
• Creation and editing of advertising videos and motion-creatives for Facebook Ads (UGC, motion, static formats) with an emphasis on the promotion of games, bonus offers and promotions;
• Preparation of dynamic promo videos using bright effects and creative solutions to attract the audience;
• Development of text animations, of game elements (free spins, jackpots, bonuses), intro and outro;
• Adaptation of creatives for various advertising formats (social networks, mobile applications, web platforms);
• Selection and processing of sound range: music, effects, synchronization with video and animation;
• Generation and implementation of new creative ideas to increase user engagement.
