Head of the technical project (thermal energy) in Kaver Enerdzhi Plyus, TzOV

Cover Energy Plus is a leading company in the energy sector, engaged in a full cycle of construction and operation of cogeneration power plants. We implement large-scale projects in Ukraine, cooperating with the world's leading manufacturers of power equipment.

In connection with the expansion of the company, we are looking for a head of thetechnical project who will be able to provide full technical support project on the integration of cogeneration plants in partner communities: from the technical survey of objects to the preparation of final technical reports, neutral specifications and evaluation of tender offers.

1. Education (required)

Full higher technical education (master's / specialist) in the fields:

• Heat power engineering or Power engineering / Electrical engineering

2. Work experience

• Total technical experience - at least 7 years (will be an advantage).
• Experience of working with thermal or generating facilities - at least 5 years (will be an advantage).
• Practical experience of integration or modernization of generating equipment - mandatory.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation for a customer or donor is mandatory.

Experience working with municipal enterprises is an advantage.

3. Functional duties (the candidate is responsible for):

Technical surveys

• trips to partner facilities;
• assessment of technical readiness for integration KGU;
• identification of bottlenecks;
• checking the conformity of capacities;
• assessment of the realism of installation deadlines before the heating season.

Technical solutions

• formation of technical approach to integration;
• verification of the validity of partners' decisions;
• preparation of technical conclusions.

Documentation

• formation of neutral technical specifications;
• preparation of standard procurement packages;
• technical evaluation of tender offers;
• preparation of final technical reports for GIZ;
• analysis of community investment plans.

6. Competencies

The candidate must:

• understand the principle of operation of KSU;
• orientate in thermal and electrical schemes; 400">7. Interaction with the office

  The office provides support in:

  • technical supervision;

  Final technical responsibility for decisions and documents remains with the candidate.
