Experience with large farms or experience as a farm specialist (Desirable). work in CRM systems. Experience with programs for drawing up rations. Understanding of the main economic indicators that determine profitability in pig farming. Responsibilities: Regular business trips to clients' farms, identification of problems and their subsequent resolution. Technological support of clients: Client consultations on pig feeding issues (development of feeding recommendations , nutrition of rations, feeding schemes) and conditions of keeping, Adjustment of technological processes and veterinary issues in pig farming, Adjustment of processes of organization and management of production activities on a pig farm, Adaptation of rations, Planning of work and sales volumes, Implementation of sales plans, Search for new solutions to improve productivity on clients' farms, Participation in the development of special products for the needs of clients, at own production, Participation in the development of marketing activities, Participation in presentations, exhibitions, seminars.
