Main requirements:
- Experience as a technical director from 5 years;
- Higher technical education;
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage;
- Skills to analyze and optimize technical processes and resources.
- Knowledge of the basics and theory of calculation of engineering systems of ventilation and air conditioning , cold and hot water supply, sewage, heating, water treatment, electricity supply;
- Knowledge of methods of technical and economic calculations;
- Knowledge of regulatory documents regarding the organization of electricity, gas, water, heat and cold supply equipment;
- Knowledge of the basics of building production technology, manufacturing and installation of equipment and structures, types and properties of materials;
- Knowledge of technical characteristics, design features and rules of equipment operation;< /li>
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Excellent leadership qualities, ability to make decisions and be responsible for the obtained result.
Functional duties: strong>
- Ensuring the implementation of projects in accordance with technical standards and schedules;
- Preparation of technical solutions for participation in tenders and during works conducted before signing the contract;
- Preparation of commercial offers, coordination of all aspects (technical, organizational, time, financial, etc.);
- Coordinating a commercial proposal with the Customer, forming a strategy and tactics for the execution of works.
- Analysis of information received from the Customer, formation of requests and analysis of additional information, control of output data, assistance to the Customer in the development of technical tasks.
- Promotion and negotiation of the contract with the Customer, control and ensuring the execution of the contract on both sides;
- Development of the engineering concept, drawing up and agreeing with the Customer on the card of the main technical solutions, tasks, drawing up analytical notes on various options of the technical solutions that are adopted, working with the Customer’s service on technical issues;
- Implementation of new technologies for continuous improvement of processes and ensuring the competitiveness of the company;
- Control and coordination of technological processes of assembly sites, taking into account priorities and timings of construction and installation works;
- Participation in resolving technical issues with heads of related departments;
- Participation in closing contracts (acts, additional work, etc.).
