We have been successfully working on creating a better service for customers and improving it for more than 10 years.

We continue to grow, we help the Armed Forces, we believe in Ukraine and want to develop a Ukrainian product with the best specialists.

Our products:

a specialized platform with a multi-million product range, which serves more than one hundred thousand visitors per day;

internal ERP system of its own development, which allows you to continuously update any information about products and automate the business processes of the company's internal services at all stages of working with customer orders.

We are currently looking for a Technical Lead for our IT department.

Experience and technologies that are important to us:

5+ years of commercial software development experience;
Practical experience in design and evolution of web systems architecture (monolith - modular monolith - microservices, event-driven, API-first);
Deep knowledge of PHP and frameworks Laravel / Symfony / Yii (at the level of internal architecture, lifecycle, DI, middleware, ORM);
Excellent understanding of OOP, SOLID, GRASP, Clean Architecture, Hexagonal / DDD-approaches;
Experience in making architectural decisions: pattern selection, technologies, compromises between speed, cost and scalability;
Experience with relational DBs (MySQL, PostgreSQL):

• schema design;
• optimization of complex queries;
• indexes, transactions, migrations.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar);
Technical leadership experience: mentoring, code reviews, technical solutions for the team (Tech Lead / Team Lead / Architect);
Experience in planning technical road map, assessment of tasks, definition of technical priorities;
Understanding and practical experience of working with infrastructure (Dedicated and Cloud environments).
 

It will be a plus:

• Experience building and scaling high-load systems;
• Practical experience with microservice or event-driven architecture (RabbitMQ / Kafka / SQS, etc.);
• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes;
• Knowledge and practical application CQRS / Event Sourcing;
• Experience building API (REST / GraphQL) for external clients;
• Observability implementation experience: logging, metrics, tracing (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Sentry);
• Experience in technical audit or refactoring of legacy systems;
• Understanding web application security (OWASP, auth, rate-limiting, secrets).

Responsibilities:

• Form and implement technical strategy and architectural vision of the product;
• Design a reliable, scalable and maintainable system architecture;
• Make key architectural and technological decisions;
• Manage and mentor the team (Backend / Frontend / DevOps);
• Control the full development life cycle: from idea to production;
• Ensure code quality, stability, performance and security;
• Transform business requirements into clear technical solutions and specifications;
• Participate in hands-on development when appropriate;
• Build effective processes of monitoring, logging anderror handling;
• Predict technical risks, debts and proactively propose solutions.
