Technical director, production manager (soybean processing plant) in ProfInstall

Job Description

We are looking for a strong technical leader for our company Sky Protein (SOYBEAN PROCESSING FACTORY), capable of not only maintaining the plant, but also scaling the business through process modernization and optimization.

What we offer:

• Schedule: the first 1-2 months — full immersion in production; then there is the possibility of a hybrid format (a week at the factory / a week remotely).
• Relocation package: payment for housing rent in the city of Sokal.

Your key tasks:

• Guarantee stable operation of production.
• Implementation of solutions to reduce energy consumption and total cost of processing.
• Management of modernization projects of existing lines and construction of new production sites.
• Management of technical personnel, improvement of labor productivity and control over compliance with technical regulations, communication with investors.
• Conditions of successful results - transfer to the role of Director with responsibility for purchases, sales and general financial planning of the enterprise.

Our expectations:

• Successful work experience in the position of technical director, chief engineer or production manager (oil press plant, oil extraction plant, elevator with grain drying, compound feed plant).
• Practical project management skills for the construction or reconstruction of industrial facilities.
• Understanding the economics of production.
• Willingness to make decisions and bear responsibility for the financial result of the technical unit.
