Conduct regular online and offline meetings with clients to discuss their needs, results and further steps of cooperation.
Develop and provide training for business clients portfolio.
Provide all documentary support for clients — from the start of cooperationand during further work (interact with financial and legal departments if necessary).
Execute established plans and KPIs.
Participate in or independently conduct internal and external events to attract, develop or retain customers (in agreement with management).
Requirements for the candidate:
Experience in sales and negotiations with HR specialists, recruiting departments, agencies and other corporate clients.
Experience of conducting online and offline meetings with business clients.
- Fluency in writing.
Proactivity, energy, responsibility, stress resistance and honesty at work.
Willingness for periodic business trips.
