We are looking for an experienced, responsible and proactive specialist who will ensure effective technical management of the enterprise, stable operation of equipment and implementation of modern technological solutions.

Main duties:

• Organization, coordination and control of technical processes at the production enterprise.
• Ensuring smooth operation of equipment, planning maintenance and repairs.
• Management of technical staff, assignment of tasks and control of their execution.
• Introduction of new technologies to increase production efficiency.
• Control of compliance with safety, occupational health and environmental regulations standards.
• Maintenance of technical documentation, drawing up production modernization plans.
• Cooperation with equipment suppliers and subcontractors.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher technical education.
• Experience in a managerial position (chief engineer, technical director, production manager, etc.) from 3 years.
• Knowledge of the principles of operation of production equipment, energy supply systems, technological processes.
• Skills in personnel management, planning and organization of work.
• Responsibility, initiative, analytical thinking, ability to make decisions.
