Responsibilities
- Management of production: planning, shop loading, execution of the plan.
- Cost control and cost optimization.
- Organization of purchases and warehouse management.
- Logistics and shipment management.
- Product quality control, reduction of defects.
- Implementation of accounting and reporting systems (plan/fact).
- Formation of the operational team and its management.
- Optimization of processes and productivity improvement.
- Implementation of management accounting and financial control.
Requirements for the candidate
Required:
- Experience in the position of COO / operations director from 3-5 years.
- Strong skills of financial thinking, systematization of processes, management of a team of 100+ people.
- Experience of interacting with marketing and sales departments, understanding their KPIs.
Desirable:
- Experience in metalworking, mechanical engineering or equipment manufacturing (experience with boilers advantage).
- Experience scaling production.
- Experience working with a dealer network and understanding B2B sales.
