Responsibilities

• Management of production: planning, shop loading, execution of the plan.
• Cost control and cost optimization.
• Organization of purchases and warehouse management.
• Logistics and shipment management.
• Product quality control, reduction of defects.
• Implementation of accounting and reporting systems (plan/fact).
• Formation of the operational team and its management.
• Optimization of processes and productivity improvement.
• Implementation of management accounting and financial control.

Requirements for the candidate

Required:

• Experience in the position of COO / operations director from 3-5 years.
• Strong skills of financial thinking, systematization of processes, management of a team of 100+ people.
• Experience of interacting with marketing and sales departments, understanding their KPIs.

Desirable:

• Experience in metalworking, mechanical engineering or equipment manufacturing (experience with boilers advantage).
• Experience scaling production.
• Experience working with a dealer network and understanding B2B sales.
