Ukraine's largest manufacturer of flexible packaging is looking for a Technical Director

Tasks:

• Management of the technical department (7 divisions, 40+ employees)
• Organization and control of scheduled and preventive maintenance of technological equipment
• Development and management of the annual budget of the technical department
• Introduction of innovative projects, participation in economic justification
• Ordering and control of supply of spare parts, materials and services of contractors
• Development of corrective actions according to acts of failures of technological equipment
• Ensuring technical operation of buildings and regulatory documentation
• Participation in the functioning of ISM, training of department personnel

Requirements:

• From 7 years in the technical field, from 3 years in a managerial position
• Experience of working at manufacturing enterprises is mandatory (printing, food / chemical / processing industry)
• Experience of leading a team of 20 people
• Organization and control of PPR of complex technological equipment
• Budgeting and cost management of the technical department
• Experience of working with subcontractors and service services
• Knowledge of labor protection, industrial and fire safety requirements
• Higher technical education (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, energy or related)
