The purpose of the role:
We are currently looking for a person who can not only find resumes, but also find "his" people, understands business and knows how to work with priorities.
Ensures high-quality and timely hiring, accompanying candidates from the first contact to starting work.
Main tasks:
• Full cycle of recruiting: from gathering requirements to offer;
• Management of CRM (publication of vacancies / funnel of candidates/ monthly hiring plan);
• Active search for candidates (LinkedIn, job platforms, recommendations);
• Conducting initial interviews and evaluating candidates;
• Cooperation with hiring managers;
• Preparation of offers and accompanying candidates to onboarding;
• Recruiting analytics: closing dates, hiring quality, funnel.
Requirements:
• Experience in recruiting from 1 year;
• Understanding of modern candidate search channels;
• Ability to communicate with different types of candidates;
• Self-organization and responsibility.
Will be a plus:
• Experience in iGaming, or fintech companies;
• Skills in mass recruitment of the following vacancies: Anti-Fraud / Anti-Scam Specialist, Customer Support / VIP Support, Automation / Operations / Tech Support vacancies.
