In connection with the scaling of the technical direction, we are looking for a Technical Director (CTO) for the systematic management of the company's technical areas, the development of the engineering team and the improvement of the efficiency of technical solutions.

Areas of responsibility:

• Security alarm
• Video surveillance and video analytics
• ECU
• Systems of fire safety
• Backup power (inverters, batteries, generators, SES)
• Armor film
• Fire extinguishers (supply and service)

Main functional duties:

• Formation of the company’s technical strategy for 1–3 years
• Introduction of new technologies and products
• Participation in the launch and development of new directions
• Control of the work of heads of technical units
• Standardization of surveys, calculations and technical solutions
• Control of marginality of projects
• Approval of complex technical solutions
• Control of cost of work
• Optimization of equipment costs
• Formation of technical budgets
• Participation in financial planning directions
• Implementation of installation standards
• Building a technical audit system of facilities
• Reduction of complaints and control of warranty cases
• Formation and development of a strong engineering team
• Implementation of a training system
• Participation in the development of the motivation of technical personnel
• Certification of engineers

Requirements for candidate:

• Experience in a similar position - mandatory
• 3+ years in a managerial position
• 7+ years in the field of technical security systems
• Experience in managing several directions at the same time
• Experience in scaling a division or company
• Knowledge of video surveillance systems (Dahua, Hikvision, Ajax, Bosch), security alarm, fire automatics, ECU, backup power
• Confident PC user
• Availability of a driver's license
