We are looking for a leader in Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist position to help us attract the best talent. We believe that success company depends on who we will hire.
What will you need do:
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify top talent and emerging trends
- Ensure full-cycle talent recruitment for technical and partially non-technical roles
- Write engaging role descriptions and opening messages, create social media posts and create engaging promotional posts to promote targeted job vacancies
- Develop and implement effective search strategies to attract IT professionals using innovative methods and staying on top of industry trends
- Develop relationships with potential candidates by reminding them of preliminary discussions and offering new job roles
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by guiding candidates through the hiring and onboarding process and ensuring timely communication and feedback communication
- Conduct technical screenings evaluating candidates' skills, experience and cultural fit to ensure fit with the company's requirements < /span>
- Manage the candidate pool by ensuring strategic interaction with the best talents
- Propose process improvements and build solutions based on data analytics li>
- Manage relationships with stakeholders (hiring managers) with constant quality feedback
Our candidate:
- Has 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting
- Has a Data-driven approach: the ability to make decisions based on analysts data
- Prioritizes: the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively manage tasks
- Able to build engagement with stakeholders: ability to identify requests, manage expectations, and ensure alignment across the hiring process
- Expert in sourcing candidates: possessing various tools, interview techniques and the involvement of rare specialists
- Proactive: willingness to generate ideas and implement them /span>
- Flexible and empathetic: quickly adapts to changes and understands people's needs
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
