• Higher education (the field of marketing is a priority);
• Successful work experience from 5 to 10 years in the field of sales and product promotion;
• Successful experience in introducing the product to the foreign market;
• Creative approach to solving tasks and the desire to implement new ideas;
• Professional approach to negotiations;
• Ability to analyze data and draw reasonable conclusions for decision-making. Ability to work with a large array of data; 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
• Experience in organizing exhibitions/presentations/seminars;
• A confident user of MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, experience in 1C 8;

What will be the tasks:

• Development and implementation of brand strategy;
• Promotion and development commodity direction across Ukraine and abroad;
• Planning and analysis of advertising companies;
• Sales forecasting in all sales channels;
• Analysis of the market situation. Determination of the client's target needs;
• Monitoring of competitors, product pricing; 
• Study of product features, its uniqueness;
• Supervision of product production. Knowledge of the entire technological production chain, capabilities of existing production lines, identification and selection of new manufacturers in case of unsatisfactory performance of existing ones or non-competitive cost;
• Ordering and testing together with the production of new product samples;
• Processing customer database for maintaining existing and attracting new customers; 
• Conducting negotiations, presentations with existing and new clients;
• Conducting technical consultations to dealers;
• Project management, which includes tasks with digital marketing, content management , offline marketing;
• Prompt management of projects (receiving information from stakeholders, processing requests, setting tasks for specialized specialists: designer, copywriter, 3D visualizer, SMM — manager, digital marketer); 
• Full interaction with the sales department;
• Communication of the brand with the client. Preparation of technical specifications of the marketing department on holding presentations/exhibitions/advertisements and on the purpose of these events;
