We are looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist leader to help us attract top talent. 
 
We believe that the success of the company depends on who we hire. 

What you will need to do:

  • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify top talent and new talent trends

  • Ensure full-cycle talent acquisition for technical and partially non-technical roles 

  • Write attractive role descriptions and initial messages, create posts on social networks and create attractive advertising targeted job postings

  • Develop and implement effective search strategies to attract IT professionals using innovative methods and remaining aware of industry trends

  • Develop relationships with potential candidates by reminding them of previous discussions and offering new job roles 

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by guiding candidates through the hiring and onboarding process and providing timely communication and feedback 

  • Conduct technical checks, assessing candidates' skills, experience and cultural fit to ensure they meet company requirements 

  • Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring strategic engagement with top talent 

  • Propose process improvements and build solutions based on data analytics 

  • Manage relations with stakeholders(by hiring managers) with constant quality feedback

Our candidate:

  • Has 3+ years of experience in IT- recruiting

  • Has a Data-driven approach: the ability to make decisions based on data analytics 

  • Prioritizes : the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively manage tasks

  • Able to build work with stakeholders: the ability to identify requests, manage expectations and ensure alignment of all parties involved in the hiring process

  • Expert in sourcing candidates: mastery of various tools, interviewing and engagement techniques rare specialists

  • Proactive: willingness to generate ideas and implement them

  • Flexible and empathetic: quickly adapts to changes and understands people's needs 

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication 

  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
