Grain Bridge Brokers is a brokerage company that helps sellers from Ukraine find the best buyers on the most favorable terms. The main specialization is grain crops. The management of the company is Ukrainian. Due to the active growth of the company and the increase in the number of clients, we are looking for an experienced professional who can effectively organize and manage the execution processes, as well as help us in our development.

The company's office is located in the city of Varna, Bulgaria. We prefer candidates ready to relocate to Varna. In case of agreement on remote work, the first three months will need to be spent in Varna to adjust the processes.

Senior Execution at the brokerage company Grain Bridge Brokers

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire execution process, including organizing communication between clients to ensure effective execution of deals.
• Controlling the contract execution process and consulting clients if necessary.
• Management of one employee in the department (currently the company has one manager in the execution department). A gradual expansion of the team is planned as the company develops.
• Working in the Grain Track system for process management.

Main requirements:

• Work experience of 3+ years in the position of Vessel Execution.
• In-depth knowledge of the basics and experience of working on FOB, CIF (worldwide) for coasters, handy, panamax.
• Experience working with crops grains by the heap.
• Fluency in English (upper-intermediate/advanced).
• Ability to effectively organize processes and manage a team.
