In 2026, we will continue the scaling process, which will affect the number of processes that pass through the 1C accounting system. This creates high requirements for service stability, development quality, transparency of integrations, and speed of response to operational needs. Therefore, we are looking for a technical leader in the 1C team who will become the driver of these processes.

The main goal of this role:

Ensure stable, predictable and scalable operation of the 1C accounting system: development, integrations, environment updates, access regulations, quality control, technical standards and service continuity.

Create conditions in which 1C works without incidents, changes are delivered in a controlled and risk-free manner, and the technical function supports business growth.

This will be possible due to the following tasks:

• Technical management of the 1C development life cycle: release planning, organization of work with the backlog and "technical debt", organization of the development cycle, construction of versioning rules and logging of changes.
• Continuity and stability of the 1C service: ensuring through the analysis of incidents and appropriate response to reduce their number, constant performance monitoring.
• Integration 1C with other systems: creation and maintenance of a single set of principles, rules and integration standards, ensuring the stability and traceability of exchanges.
• Environments and release management: regular updating of the test environment, control of the correctness of the deployment of new versions. Providing rollback mechanisms in case of critical defects and ensuring safe installation of changes in production.
• Systhe topic of access and roles: building the architecture of access rights in 1C together with a system analyst. and access regulations.
• Working withdata and document sequencing: restoring document sequencing with minimal impact on operations. Control of the correctness of accounting after restoration or updates. Identifies and corrects system errors affecting data.
• Collaboration with PM and business teams: providing technical task complexity estimates. Support of PM in release planning and risk management, prioritization. Technical analysis of business requests. Joint formation of delivery quality standards.

To implement the tasks, we expect from you:

• Knowledge of programming language 1C 8.x. and a deep understanding of the architecture and mechanisms of the 1C platform. 1C development experience and development team management. Knowledge of integration principles (HTTP services, exchanges, APIs, etc.). Experience of release and update management: building update processes and version control. Knowledge of information security principles and access.
• Technical documentation management skills.
• Structural and systemic thinking, ability to communicate with operational teams.
