The Best Way Foods company is an official importer and distributor of leading global companies in the market of raw materials and ingredients in Ukraine, including Barry Callebaut, FrieslandCampina, Kerry, Dianafoods, Desing, Pulau Sambu Group, Salica.

We have our own warehouse and transport and logistics facilities throughout Ukraine and a customer support center, and since 2020, our the Chef University studio, which allows customers to learn from leading chefs and global ambassadors.

Now the company is actively developing marketing communications and strengthening its presence in digital channels, so we invite a SMM Manager to the team, who will help develop the brand's social networks, form a strong community and effectively promote our products.

Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of SMM strategy in accordance with the general marketing strategy of the company;

• Definition of the target audience and formation of an effective content plan;

• Creation of content for social networks: writing posts, preparation of graphic materials, photos and videos;

• Planning and regular publication of content in social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.);

• Launch, conduct and optimization of advertising campaigns in social networks;

• Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising activities and optimization of campaigns to achieve maximum results;

• Monitoring of key indicators (reach, clicks, likes, comments, distribution, etc.);

• Preparation of regular analytics and recommendations for improvement SMM-strategies;

• Communication with the audience: responses to comments, messages and requests of subscribers;

• Building interaction with the audience and developing community involvement;

• Interaction with marketing, sales and PR teams to coordinate joint activities;

• Working with negative feedback and crisis management in social networks;

• Using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Instagram Analytics, etc.) to evaluate results.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have from 2 years of experienceworking in SMM or digital marketing;

• You understand marketing strategies and promotion tools in social media networks;

• You know how to create and implement marketing campaigns;

• You have experience in analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns and working with analytical tools;

• You have strong communication skills and know how to work in a team.

It will be an advantage:

• Basic design skills (Canva / Figma for quick layouts);

• Experience in editing and creating short video content (CapCut / Premiere / After Effects, Reels / TikTok);

• Experience in working with UGC content and influencers (brief preparation, selection, evaluation of results);

• Skills in product photography and videography, food styling;

• Strong kcopywriting in Ukrainian and the ability to adapt texts for different platforms;

• Experience of working with e-commerce or marketplaces.
