We expect from you:

• experience in managing a team in the field of sales/support/digital marketing;
• upper intermediate level of English (for communication with foreign clients);

Your additional plus will be:

• experience in setting KPIs for the team;
• experience in working with CRM systems and Google Analytics;

Your main task will be to manage a team of managers to process applications from potential partners, this includes:

• team management: monitoring and quality control in accordance with set KPIs;
• development of communication scripts between managers and partners;
• analysis of work results and reporting.

And if you are interested in marketing, you can participate in launching marketing campaigns together with other teams!
