Mobile Product Manager in EvoPlay

Requirements for the candidate:

• Analytical skills, understanding of key product and business metrics
• Good understanding of analytics and statistics, ability to make long-term decisions based on them
• A/B testing, post-analysis of results split
• Good communication skills, the ability to convey ideas to the team
• Knowledge and understanding of the basics of business analysis (BABOK)
• Experience of working with a team of developers, designers, managers and top managers in a product company
• Experience in creating prototypes of user interfaces (Axure, inVision, Balsamiq, etc.)
• Experience in writing user stories, use cases, requirements, specifications and documentation
• Experience with Atlassian tools: Confluence, Jira
• Attention to detail, ability to effectively collect and transform unstructured information into clear requirements
• English at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) with excellent writing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Formulation and evaluation of hypotheses, their subsequent verification on the product
• Setting and control of front/backend tasks execution
• Conducting A/B tests of functionality and UI elements
• UX/UI improvements on established products
• Product/business metrics improvements
• Communication with adjacent by departments
• Regular monitoring of competitor products in order to identify their competitive advantages and form their own
• Daily monitoring of product indicators: financial, conversion, gaming
• Analysis of conversion funnels on the site , conversion improvement
• Conducting work on returning users
