Your main task will be to manage a team of managers for processing applications from potential partners.

We expect from you:

• experience in managing a team in the digital sphere marketing/sales/support/;
• experience in setting KPIs for the team;
• English skills at the Upper Intermediate level (for communication with foreign colleagues);
• skills for working with Google Analytics;

Your additional plus will be:

• experience with lead generation channels;
• experience with CRM systems;
• knowledge of the Arabic language.

Your key tasks will be:

• creating a team from scratch that will work for the result;
• team management: monitoring and quality control according to the KPIs;
• improving communication scripts managers with partners;
• analysis of work results and reporting.
