Requirements:

• Experience in the position of RRS team management from 3 specialists during the year;

• High level of technical expertise in paid traffic channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, knowledge in LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Microsoft Ads, Bing, Amazon, etc. will be an added advantage);< /span>

• Experience with web analytics systems (GA4), reporting (LookerStudio, PowerBI), data analysis (SimilarWeb, Statista);

• Understanding key metrics (AOV, CR, CPA, ROI, ROMI, ROAS, LTV) and methods to improve them;

• High level of communication skills (negotiation, flexibility and reasoned communication, finding the best solutions for both parties);

• best practices and digital marketing in general (understanding of Internet marketing channels and their relationship);

Basic liability limits:

• Increasing the quality of the team's PRS work;

• Participation in communication with our partners, coordination of team work;

• Team management (participation in training and development, motivation, regular feedback to colleagues in the format of team and individual meetings, task setting, evaluation of team performance, onboarding and participation in the process of recruiting new specialists, control of work processes and load);

• Monthly/quarterly monitoring of the implementation of set plans;

• Participation in the preparation and defense of commercial proposals for the sale of new and maintenance of existing projects.

Terms:

• Hybrid office visit format.
