Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy.

• Keeping the customer base and increasing the share of sales from retention channels.
• Development and construction of performance analytics and implementation of KPIs for employees of the marketing department.
• Formation and implementation of creative ideas to attract customers 
• Scaling traffic channels.
• Working with communication channels and customer contact points with the company (planning, organization + coordination, analysis).
• Development, implementation and support effective advertising campaigns.
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing and advertising activity, development of recommendations and communication strategy.
• Development and support of promotions, BTL events.
• Media planning (online, offline) with the participation of contractors (media agencies) and General Marketing employees.
• Control of advertising placement and effectiveness, including Internet advertising (CPM, CPC, SEO, E-mail).
• Maintenance of all advertising and accompanying materials (brochures, layouts, video content, etc.) in an up-to-date state.
• Development customer loyalty systems and performance evaluation
• Preparation and control of the implementation of the marketing communications budget, preparation of reports.
• Implementation of the Digital PR campaign.

Key tasks:

• Improving ROAS - return on advertising.
• Increasing average revenue per client.
• Improving client retention.< /li>
• Improving LTV - customer value.
• Increasing net profit.

Main requirements:

• Experience of 2 years in a similar position, preferably e-commerce.
• Experience in planning, organizing integrated (offline and online/digital) promotional campaigns, performance evaluation and result management.
• Experience of conducting express market analysis.
• Knowledge of modern methods of conducting marketing activities, promotion and experience of using them in work.
• Knowledge Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, certification will be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team and effective management of subordinates.
• Ability to find a common language with the heads of all company departments .
• Ananalytical mindset and the ability to work with a large amount of information and numbers.
• Competent language (oral/written), knowledge of business etiquette.
• Responsibility, focus on results, decency.
