Team Lead of the training center in Vyriy

VYRIY is a Ukrainian engineering company, a leading manufacturer of combat unmanned systems, actively implements war robotics systems and solutions from localized components.

In connection with development, we are looking for a Team Lead training of the center

Main duties:

• Team management: mentoring, monitoring the activities of instructors and monitoring the quality of teaching.
• Organization of processes: development of study schedules and field trips specialists, ensuring proper living conditions and the location of the team on the ground.
• Communication: coordination of interaction between production, management and training units.
• Technical support: collecting feedback from operators, passing on technical comments to developers and updating training content.
• Resource planning and accounting: control of material and technical means (MTZ), recording of losses/damages, formation reports and ordering additional tools.

What we expect:

• Experience in managing teams and processes (in the positions of PM, Team Lead or Coordinator).
• Coordinating experience instructors, the ability to give constructive feedback and control the quality of training.
• Planning skills (graphs, logistics) and experience in property accounting.
• Developed soft skills: diplomacy, stress resistance, the ability to make quick decisions and delegate.
• Readiness for regular business trips to training grounds and classrooms centers.
• Technical literacy and understanding of the principles of UAV operation or similar equipment (will be an advantage).
