TEAM LEAD SEA/OCEAN Freight
We are looking for a leader who can not only to manage a team of experienced logisticians, but also to take our sea transportation department to a new level.
You will be responsible for the formation and implementation of the direction development strategy, ensuring smooth operation of processes and constant improvement of efficiency.
Your tasks:
• Strategic leadership: Development and implementation of a long-term strategy for the development of the department, analysis of the market and competitive environment.
• Team management: Formation and motivation of the team, delegation of tasks, ensuring effective interaction between team members.
p>• Operational efficiency: Optimizing logistics processes, finding new service providers, reducing costs.
• Analytics and reporting: Data collection and analysis, preparation of regular operational reports.
Requirements:
• MANDATORY - work experience as a MARITIME transportation logistician for at least 3 years, mainly in export transportation in shipping companies, shipping lines.
• Team management experience.
leadership qualities, result orientation.We offer: work schedule: Mon. - Fri. from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., for experienced candidates from the regions - remotely, for Kyiv residents and newcomers - in the office for the internship period, then remotely after passing the VT, and you can also come to the office.
