We currently have a team of buyers and we are looking for a Team Lead of the commodity direction to help improve results, strengthen the team and scale the direction.
We need a playing Team Lead who not only manages processes, but also actively helps the team to achieve better results.
Responsibilities
- Management and development of the existing media team buyers;
- Helping buyers in finding profitable connections and products;
- Analysis of the market, hypotheses and potentially successful products;
- Education, mentoring and support of buyers, improving their results;
- Personal participation in the launch, testing and scaling of advertising campaigns;
- Working with traffic: Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads;
- Optimization and scaling communication;
- Team KPI control (profit, ROI, stability);
- Participation in the selection and adaptation of new buyers;
- Implementation of clear processes and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in commodity business from 1-2 years;
- Practical experience with Meta Ads (required);
- Experience or understanding of working with TikTok Ads and Google Ads will be an advantage;
- Experience of managing a team or the role of senior / lead media buyer;
- Understanding of product economics (CPA, ROI, margin, redemption);
- Ability to find and scale profitable relationships;
- Responsibility for results and the ability to work with people.
We we offer
- Fix + % of the net profit of the direction;
- Fisalary at the start: UAH 40,000 - 60,000 (negotiable);
- 5-10% of the team's net profit;
