Hello! We are the Max-Call company, a call center that works remotely throughout Ukraine and beyond.

We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Team Lead to strengthen our team at direction - nutra, sale of drugs for beauty and health (dietary supplements).

Experience in a similar field in a managerial position is mandatory!

We are considering candidates who have all the conditions to work remotely (stable internet and light)!

Requirements:

• We consider candidates over 25 years old;
• Work experience: from 1 year in a position (Team Leader, Head of Sales) on a similar project;
• Ability to sell and transfer your knowledge to the team;
• The ability to find an approach to the team;
• The desire to work for results and develop in a stable company;
• Activity, initiative, responsibility, politeness;
• Creative and indifferent approach to work, teamwork and on the overall result;
• Positive attitude towards people
• Experience in line work will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Control over the execution of the command plan - approval, average check, redemption;
• Evaluation and team motivation;
• Help in the adaptation of new employees;
• Identify problems in the work of department employees
• Working in the CRM system
