Puzata Khata restaurant chain invites you to join the system administrator team (first line of technical support)

What to do:

• technical support and ensuring the uninterrupted functioning of the IT infrastructure of the office and restaurants;
• technical support for users based on the Windows 8-11 OS;
• support in working condition park of computer equipment, office equipment, cash register equipment;
• installation of LAN (rarely);
• response to technical failures and malfunctions, organization of new workplaces, adjustment of the necessary equipment of office workplaces and cashiers;
• consulting users on IT issues;
• participating in the annual inventory.?

What we expect from a colleague:

• Basic knowledge of AD, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, GPO, Wi-Fi, computer hardware and Windows 8-11 operating systems.
• Knowledge of peripherals , skills in configuring Wi-Fi routers and USB modems.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Availability of own car cat.B and readiness, if necessary, to use it at work.
