Our ideal candidate:
Experience as a Team Lead of Recruitment from 1 year or mass recruitment experience from 3 years.
Understanding the specifics of call center work and features of mass recruiting.
Experience in building effective recruiting processes.
English will be advantage.
The ability to make decisions, think systematically, motivate the team and achieve results.
