The company is growing and we are opening a new direction and opening a competition for the position of Project manager of the call center of Germany/Austria,who will be responsible for increasing the efficiency of local teams.

Your tasks:

  • monitor the implementation of key KPIs of local teams;
  • monitor the implementation of the region's business strategy;
  • be responsible for improving the efficiency of the region's work; and
  • support the entire work process of local teams; manage the organization of

From you we expect:

  • experience in a similar position from the 1st year;
  • experience working in call centers with international activities;

  • knowledge of programs: CRM, VoIP
  • experience of managing teams and projects;
