What results do we expect?
- Development of strategies for pouring traffic through Facebook for gambling offers (Tier 1/2/3 GEO);
- Adjustment, monitoring and optimization of advertising campaigns;
- Management of advertising budgets, allocation and control of execution according to ROI/ROAS;
- Leadership and mentoring of media buyers: training, growth stimulation, performance evaluation;
- Testing of new creatives, audiences, targeting format;
- Preparation of regular reports, analysis of key metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROI);
- Monitoring of market trends and competitors.
What Hard Skills do you need to possess?
- Deep knowledge of the source of Facebook traffic and all aspects of the work process;
- Understanding of trends and development of ideas for different Geos;
- Ability to analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
- Experience of working with tier1, tier2, tier3;
- Understanding how to create connections working according to the CPA model;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Management of budgets from $100 k+/month;
- Analytics: CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM indicators; ability to analyze data;
- Skills in creating and testing creatives;
- Experience with trackers and analytical tools.
