Our clients are leading manufacturers and suppliers of biologically active supplements, who trust us with their advertising and sales. Due to the expansion of the business, we are looking for a professional for the position of Team Lead in the call center with a team of managers. Position tasks : Management of a team of call center managers, setting and monitoring of KPIs; Development and implementation of sales strategies; Analysis of the team's work results and making adjustments; Support and development of the team, training of new employees; Reporting and ensuring a high level of customer service. We expect from the candidate: Experience working in a similar position for 2 years or more; Knowledge of the specifics of the sale of nutritional supplements - will be an advantage; Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities; Ability to motivate and develop a team; High level of PC and MS Office programs, google doc.
