Project manager in Soulmates

We are actively growing, so we are looking for a Project Manager who will help keep operational processes in order, coordinate the team and contractors, systematically manage internal projects.

What will be in your area of responsibility:

• Coordinate the work of the team and contractors within project boundaries: fix tasks, deadlines, statuses and responsible.
• Keep workspaces up-to-date in Notion and Google Workspace: structure, documents, access and order in materials.
• Independently close part of operational tasks where the involvement of a narrow specialist is not required.
• Notice bottlenecks in processes, initiate improvements and propose specific solutions that will help team to work more efficiently.
• Organize meetings,record agreements and monitor the implementation of decisions after them.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has experience in project management, operational or marketing role.
• Thinks systematically and knows how to build processes where they are not yet formalized or work unstable.
• Proactively takes on tasks and does not expect constant reminders.
• Feels equally comfortable in team coordination and independent performance of tasks.
• Confidently works with Notion, Google Workspace and PM tools.
• Able to gently but clearly keep the focus of the team and contractors within limits agreements.
• Works according to the principle of PDCA: plans, implements, analyzes the result and improves processes.
• Shares our approach: consciousness in business and environmentalism, honesty and openness, responsibility and care.
