Team Lead / Head of International Trading in VMG Ukrayina, TOV

A trading company specializing in arbitrage of cryptocurrencies in the P2P sphere is looking for a Team Leader / Head who will lead the direction of the international direction of the company, in particular several GEOs and will take on team formation, process management and the achievement of the company's ambitious goals.
What must do:
• Set up and optimize work processes.
• Form and develop a professional team: hire, train, motivate and supervise employees. • Ensure high team performance and KPI performance.
• Analyze the market, identify new ideas and opportunities for business scaling. • Develop and implement non-standard solutions and show an extraordinary approach to different situations.

Requirements:
• A person with experience in the cryptocurrency field (required).
• Experience in arbitration team, P2P or trading company will be an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial position with personnel management (Team Lead)
• The ability to build a team from scratch and adjust processes.
• High communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Critical thinking, the ability to find non-standard approaches to solving complex tasks.
• Initiative, the ability to work under conditions of multitasking .
