The search process for our colleague will take place in several stages:

Our expectations from you:

• Level of English language B1;
• Analytical mindset;
• Confident knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, conditional formatting);
• Knowledge of Power BI and Power Point - will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of financial and management reporting;
• Responsibility, communication skills, result-oriented, desire to develop;
• Ability to work with a large amount of information in conditions of multitasking and under tight deadlines;
• Ability conducting business correspondence will be an advantage.

Your work will be as follows:

• Preparation of a detailed annual financial budget and monthly financial forecasts;
• Control of costs within the budget and monthly forecasts;
• Analysis of product margins and pricing management;
• Control of the correctness of the display of business transactions in 1C;
• Preparation of presentations for financial models, budgets, forecasts, business scenarios, results of the month, including summary tables, graphs and descriptions;
• Participation in the calculations of key financial indicators
• Working in the financial module of specialized industry software;
• Analysis of financial indicators based on key business metrics to identify trends, risks and opportunities;
• Conducting a plan-fact analysis of performance results and deviations every month;
• Compilation of the company’s payment calendar — budget formation with a plan of incoming and outgoing payments by month, week, day;
• Financial analysis of activities, projects (project evaluation) — calculation of planned and actual cost;
• Constant communication with management and functional departments.
