What will you do?
Develop products in the field of Retention marketing
Implement current marketing tools
Improve the quality of the department's work (improvement of internal processes)
Manage the team effectively:
coordinate work and manage workload
motivate the team, provide regular feedback to employees in the format of team and individual meetings
build and control the process of training employees according to the necessary requirements for tasks
ensure quality performance of tasks by the team
oversee the operational efficiency of the team (planning, prioritization, profitability)
Improve the quality of team and department work
Control the implementation of the set plans (your own and the team's) by month\quarter\year
Participate in key negotiations with clients, preparation and defense of commercial proposals for the sale of new and maintenance of existing projects
It is important for us:
2 years of e-mail marketing experience
Experience in a managerial position from 1 year
English at level B2 and above.
Experience of working with projects in various niches (e-commerce, b2b)
Ability to work with web analytics and interactive reporting systems (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, AppsFlyer) and understanding of key Retention metrics (CRR, CR, LTV, ARPU, ROI)
Getting to know popular ESPs and CDPs: eSputnik, Bloomreach, SendPulse, Klaviyo, Selligent, MailChimp, SendinBlue, HubSpot, SalesForce, etc.
Negotiation skills, communication flexibility, analytical skills and abilities.
